Pangot is located about 48 kilometers from Sattal and 15 kilometers from Nainital, which is a popular hill station. It’s is a beautiful hamlet in the state of Uttarakhand which is just 15 km from Nainital. It's a birdwatchers' paradise has more than two hundred species of birds. The forests of Pangot and surrounding areas are dominated by thick Oak, Pine and Rhododendron and the streams passing by the area makes it even more attractive.
